Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Science in Administration. Her expertise spans individual and group coaching for weight loss, tobacco cessation, diabetes management, and heart health. Nancy stays current with evidence-based practices and works closely with healthcare providers. She’s passionate about helping people reach their personal wellness goals in a supportive, understanding environment, and she’ll guide you through every step of your health journey.
