Located at 7760 Winghaven Boulevard, O’Fallon, MO, Serenity Now Float Spa offers a sanctuary from the stress of daily life. Our spacious, cabin-style float tanks (7-ft ceilings) provide private, sensory‑neutral experiences using warm Epsom-salt water to promote deep relaxation, improved sleep, muscle and joint recovery, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
