RECOVERY

Start off this package by relaxing in our luxury massage chair for 15 minutes and Sonix Sound Wave Vibration for 10 minutes. Then, our Fire&Ice combination is a great way to reduce pain and inflammation in the body in a quick and natural way. The temperature contrast between hot and cold warms up the body and increases blood flow, followed by a quick vasoconstriction of the blood vessels, which shunts the fluid and inflammation away. Following this incredible modality with an hour long float will help reset your body and continue the healing process while you completely float away all of the stresses of life. Plan on 3.5 hours or so to use all of the services in one day. Otherwise, feel free to use the services over a couple of different visits if you do not have that much time.

This incredible combination is one of our top sellers! 60 minute float and a 60 minute Signature massage by our licensed massage therapist will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed!
