Every Other Thursdays 5:30-730pm What to Expect: ✅ 60 Min of Spa Services (Sauna, Redlight panel, Salt Room, Sonix and/or PEMF mat) followed by ✅ 60 Min Yin Yoga Class *Max 6 people per Thursday What is Yin Yoga? Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues by holding passive poses for several minutes to enhance flexibility and inner calm. Yoga mat, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are provided by the spa. Meet your instructor: Billie Kincaid is a RYT 500 hour instructor with over 100 hours of Yin with Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is also certified in yoga for first responders. Cost: $65/session or save with packages! 3 pack: $165 ($55/session) 6 pack: $300 ($50/session) 10 pack: $450 ($45/session) Only have time to do yin yoga? NO problem!! Come to Yin Class for $25 and get $40 (or potion left of package) as account credit to use another day at the spa.
