Enjoy up to 40 minutes of quiet solitude in our full spectrum sauna cabin where you can detox and relax your body. 30 minutes of the sauna time will also include our Therapeutic Red Light Therapy with Near Infrared Light that magnifies the healing process of the superficial layers and helps with numerous health complaints. The RLT/NIR Panel is an addition to the Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna and the Chromotherapy lights. Infrared saunas are designed to promote a safe, natural and detoxifying sweat, which is one of the primary ways that the body can detox!
