Service Description

Contrast Therapy is a scientifically proven rehabilitation and recovery technique to reduce inflammation and pain, speed up recovery time, and improve performance. Using an infrared sauna, alternating the heat from the sauna with ice cold water from the cold plunge causes a physiological effect to stimulate active recovery by flushing out the lactic acid build up in the muscles and improving overall circulation. This session includes 40 minutes of Fire and Ice Protocols and 10 minutes for shower and dressing.
