Relax, unwind, reduce aches, pains, tension & anxiety. Escape the pull of gravity and life stresses. Cortisol levels return to normal levels after just one hour of floating. Like "training wheels" for meditating. 90 minutes allows enough time to reach theta brainwave state... the "sweet spot" during meditation. This includes pre-float and post-float shower time and the full 90 minutes IN the tank. YOU are in control of the light and the sound in the float tank, so you can have the comfort of having the light and music on, or you can go more sensory-deprivation with both turned off at the push of a button. Allow 2 hours for this service
