Service Description

20 minutes of interval Cold Plunges. Recommended duration of each plunge is 1-3 minutes, with warm-up times in between. You will have access to the COLD PLUNGE TANK & Shower ONLY for a total of 20 minutes with 10 minutes for us to turn over the room. Access to the Infrared Sauna is an additional charge and additional time. Please respect our time frames so that we can have the room ready for the next guest.
